Omg 10/10, Olivia at the front desk is so amazing and has excellent customer service skills. She was kind, helpful and patient despite the busyness at the clinic. Dr.Veronica is also amazing and helped me so much even though I didn’t have an appointment.

Our family is fortunate to have Family Dr.Dr. Daniel .I had checking with &Dr. Veronica (Diana) ,both of them are very humble and listening ,not rush as general Canadian family practice which is very surprised me .
We moved to Guelph since 2018 till now.Finally we have him .He is a good physician who deserves the 7 stars !

Btw,Front desk girl definitely needs get more training of the polite manners ,how to talk with good tone .
