Dr. Jala Rizq is a dedicated and compassionate family physician providing comprehensive primary care to individuals and families. She completed her medical degree at University College Cork School of Medicine in 2021 and went on to complete her postgraduate training in Family Medicine at Western University.

Dr. Rizq is fully licensed by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO) and is a Certificant of the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CCFP). Her clinical focus includes preventive medicine, management of acute and chronic conditions, and supporting patients through all stages of life.

Dr. Rizq is committed to building strong, long‑term relationships with her patients and ensuring personalized, patient‑centered care. She currently practices at Hartsland Medical Clinic.
