Dr. Daniel Desjardins is a board-certified family physician currently welcoming new patients at Hartsland Medical Centre in Guelph. He is committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Dr. Desjardins obtained his medical degree from Saint James School of Medicine, followed by a Family Medicine residency at Creighton University Medical Centre. He is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and maintains active licensure in both the United States and Canada.

Prior to joining Hartsland, Dr. Desjardins practiced at CHI Health Clinic in Missouri Valley, Iowa, where he provided comprehensive care to diverse patient populations. His clinical focus includes preventive health, chronic disease management, and long-term primary care.

Known for his approachable manner and strong communication skills, Dr. Desjardins empowers patients to play an active role in their health journeys. He looks forward to building lasting relationships with individuals and families in the Guelph community.
